SHADE
SHADE is a self-help divorce assistance project conducted by the SC Bar Pro Bono Program. Help on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, from 11-1 in the Richland County Family Court Clerk of Courts Office. Volunteer attorneys will meet with clients seeking a divorce based on the court-approved self help divorce forms. HELP CLinic
H.E.L.P. Clinic-the Homeless Clinic, a project of the Richland County Bar Association Pro Bono Committee is conducted from 8:30-10 am on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at Transitions. Law students will conduct intake interviews and assist attorneys with cases. Clean of Heart is a once a month opportunity to help with legal advice for the homeless. In coordination with the Richland County Bar Association Public Services Committee, the Richland County Public Library and Catholic Charities, volunteer attorneys meet with people experiencing homeless and work to provide solutions to their legal issues.
